Camarillo Ranch Wedding Photography = Brina + Jahaziel

I had the opportunity to photograph Brina and Jahaziel's wedding with www.jacobaustellphoto.com in Camarillo at www.camarilloranch.org This place was a-maz-ing! This old ranch home has been totally restored and it's vintage beauty at it's best. The grounds are gorgeous and the bigger than life tree is something to see. Brina was just as breathtaking in her wedding gown and sparkling blue eyes. She was easy to photograph. Jahaziel looked sharp and tried to hold back his emotions as Brina's father walked her down the isle where they were married in front of family and friends in the garden gazebo. The reception followed in the barn. Yes, the barn. It's been renovated on the inside so no hay or livestock, but a really nice place to gather and dance the night away. Brina and Jahaziel have combined their lives into "JBRomero". These two look like they are very much in love and I wish them the best in their new lives together. Congratulations!

Long Beach Photography - Candlelight Vigil Women's Shelter of Long Beach

I had the honor last month to photograph a very special event for my second year for the Women's Shelter of Long Beach. Over 200 people gathered on the streets of downtown Long Beach for the Candlelight Walk Against Domestic Violence to honor the victims. A candle was lit as they read the names of the victims that have passes away this year. Demonstrators wore purple and purple ribbons to show their support. This is their 5th annual march and it is getting bigger and better every year. Please support the WSLB or seek them out for assistance if you are in need. www.womenshelterlb.org

Santa Ana Wedding Photography - Juan + Ariana

I met Juan and Ariana close to their wedding date so I didn't have much time to get to know them before the wedding, but have since learned that they are very sweet people. The ceremony and reception were almost entirely in Spanish so I just kept my camera ready and photographed the beautiful day. The language of love has no boundaries so it was easy to see that this couple was meant to be together. We had fun taking some images in the Santa Ana Art District before going on to the reception. This was Ariana's idea and I think she picked the perfect place. Here are a few of my favorites!
